All styled punches hurt.

But what specific punch hurts the most?

The one you did not saw

..liver, solar plexus punch?

The one you don't see that you also walk onto, bodyshots in the sweet spot are also quite soul destroying.

the big head shots often arent a stinging pain or anything, like, you may go dizzy and get your senses scrambled, but its not like an 'owwwww!'


for those shots, it can be ones to the nose, balls, or body

also anything that breaks a bone

An uppercut to the chin I'd say.

You don't experience the punches on your forehead as hurtful at all until after the fight when the headache starts.

A good hook that takes your lower jaw where it doesn't belong naturally also doesn't hurt momentarily as it sparks you down & out at least a few moments.

Bodyshots HURT. the excruciating & paralyzing pain a kidney-shot right on the spot produces is bad. Livershot similar effect.

Just try to feel out those organs & put pressure on them, you get an idea of how it could feel.

Internal organs are'nt dangling on the outside for a reason as they need protection & aren't intended to be punched on.

It hurts like shit every time and you can't get over the initial shock of pain that let's you take a knee, but you can try the next time not to.

Been hit to liver and its debilitating. You can't breathe, or even move and the pain lasts quite awhile as well. Getting punched anywhere on the head or face don't hurt nearly as bad as a well placed liver shot.

A punch to the ego can hurt, especially for cocky cats

i remember floyd patterson saying he never felt pain from headshots, he just basically felt his head become light . he actually said the way he could tell he was close to being knocked out is when he started to get a happy light headed feeling

Yeah I really wouldn’t describe it as painful at all—it’s a very “pressure” type feeling and I always felt very energized really. The next day felt like death; sometimes the headaches lasted days and days. Ribs also didn’t hurt, and I’ve had my broken. But I hated body shots. Nobody likes liver or kidney shots of course, but even just a straight solar plexus shot just hurt to my bones.

Punch that you did not expect Especially body punch you not expect. BTW i was always wondering how some guys in pro boxing are able to take many low blows, despite suspensors, it must be hell of a pain to take repeatedly punches to the groin

Oh God yes! Liver shots hurt like a beeeetch! Shots to the nose are painful AND blinding, but not nearly the horrific pain of the liver shot!

That's my vote, can't say I recall a head shot ever hurting me in the ring or street.

In my experience body shots hurt the most. They just take everything from you.

Punches to liver, solar plexus or to nose. Good shots to jaw don't hurt much, you can even don't see them or don't remember them, when you wake up next morning after them. Even if you aren't out, you just suddenly realize, that you are dazed, but there's no big pain in it. Anything bone-breaking will hurt, unless there's is enough adrenaline to hide pain for the process of fighting.

Body punches hurt much more, especially a liver punch.

A hard one.

No doubt a liver shot is extremely debiliitating, but the worst I ever experienced was to the solar plexus, it completely knocked the stuffing out of me and took some time to recover from.

body shots hurt but a punch on the nose will hurt for longer.

ya nose shots can sting like a bitch and hurt for a while. might be the worst shots to f@ck up your appearance too
