PPV telecast is 4 fights Joyce, Ortiz, Hurd and main event.
I think the rest are to boost ticket sales.

Yeah, no competetive fights. Including the main event itself, where the Gypsy King will dominate Wilder.

What's up with Stevenson vs. Gvozdyk? Is that fight still happening?

They showing that on Regular Showtime via a split-site telecast.

If that's free on regular Showtime, that's even more of a reason to NOT buy the PPV!!

You reckon it should have been part of the PPV?

Of course not! The less important fights on PPV the better.

Joe Joyce vs Ortiz would be nice, but for some odd reason I got the feeling either Wilder, or Fury will be replaced by Arreola in the very end.
Don't, don't say things like that.
Not when we've finally began to believe it might happen. This is no time for a realistic appraisal of what might happen, December needs, we need this fight to go ahead.

Happy there are 2 Heavyweight fights on the undercard.
Bet I miss a HW fight because they show the midget minimum weight BullSh!t.

Isn't ortiz at standby as substitute if fury or wilder should pull out?
Would be a much tougher challenge for fury, still i'd favour him.
no big difference for wilder, just that ortiz would definitely knock him out in a rematch but he gets whopped either way.

People moan about PBC PPV’s, despite that organisation providing years of free fight cards, whilst also conveniently forgetting some of the fûckîng shîtty events that Main Events, Top Rank and GBP staged.
Is this a race thing? Any fighter or promoter that possesses pale skin can’t anything wrong, but a predominately African American run outfit are perceived as being hideouly corrupt? That’s how things appear as being portrayed by many members of this forum that blatantly possess double standards.

What are you babbling about? Just because other promoters have produced crap PPV cards doesn't mean that this one is NOT crap.
Although good on them for putting Stevenson/Gvozdyk on standard Showtime. I just assumed they were gonna bundle it with the PPV as a split-site card.

I created an intentionally provocative post to provoke some of the most ardent anti-PBC members of the forum to compel them explain ththe justification for their hatred.
There are undeniable double standards being applied, because when other TV content providers do the same thing as the PBC, they nearly always seem to escape criticism.

I thought you said a while back that you were on here to discuss boxing and not to try and win arguments?

I like to attend PBC cards when they come thru town because the undercard is usually very strong. Sometimes PBC has title fights or eliminators that they dont even televise. For instance there's a strawweight title fight on the Wilder-Fury under card that wont be televised that I wish I could see.
Most other promoters have weak under cards, when I attend a Top Rank card I know I can show up late.

I wasn’t trying to create and argument, but to motivate people to come clean and explain the reason why they hate the PBC and Al Haymon, but not other boxing content providers, even though they usually commit the same proverbial “crime”.
I can’t disagree with someone’s hatred, but I can challenge the justification for their hateful feelings if they’re based on wrong assumptions or knowledge gaps.
I was hoping that saying something particularly controversial would motivate the PBC haters to defend themselves by providing the actual reason for their negativity, because all I can see is unexplained double standards.

Fury is the only threat to pull out. Wilder is as reliable as they come. You povetkin groupies are really ill. Though it's probably just asshats 6th active account. If he's a diehard spong fan we have a winner.
