Yeah, having last days as a champion is a frustrating thing.

yup :OhYes:

Let's face it if Fury will clown Wilder in the ring and school him that would be an ATG performance !

Fury would make history and prove that he's a natural born fighter even after 3 years of layoff. :OhYes:

What is with all of these IF FURY WINS topics?
What about what if Wilder wins?

I know the answer. I f Wilder wins he will get bashed by the same people on here and get no credit.
Same people same bashing :witzend:

Can we just wait until Saturday night and see who and how they win?

I'm not sure it would be an ATG performance.
Look at what Ortiz did. He looked like crap for two years, bad enough for Eddie to drop him off the books, and yet he schooled Wilder until father time told him to take a nap.
So no, if Fury does school Wilder, it will be a good performance, but not ATG worthy.
Look at past ATG HW fights, it's a tough hall of fame to enter.

Playing the race card  anyways that's the real Deontay Wilder, hes always been unhinged. His beatdown of Charlie Zelenoff told me all I ever needed to know of him. He's emotionally and mentally weak.

If Fury wins? Why those ifs are mentioned indeed? Fury wins without any ifs.

This is the crap that will sell this ppv.
You might not agree with me but this is what the casuals will want to see.
Controversy sells to the masses.
This will easily sell over half a million ppv buys.

People will either enjoy the rants or buy it just to see him lose

Ortiz certainly didn't school wilder. He might smash fury like wilder is going too anyway.

will be interesting to see, i personally highly doubt some ranting is gonna do much to make this that big of a ppv success, i personally think you overestimate ppv buys (easily 1m us for aj-wilder?) and id say more like a few hundred thousand tops but well see wont we. plenty of boxers yap off too, its not something that notable anymore.

wilder isnt nearly some recognizable love him or hate him and pay to watch him lose type of popular public figure to support 500k+ on this type of 'decsive personality', at least not yet imo., hes still a fight site fighter for this type of stuff mainly

He's just trying to hype himself to get some attention by playing the ol' slavery card but he's just lame. Wilder is a millionaire and he's just very happy that he'll make more M's by fighting Fury.

I put 'if' because I'm being honest and think that Fury isn't by far in the great shape he was when he fought W.K.

Who's seeing it? I'm skeptical it goes over 100.

As crazy as it sounds, i do agree. Look at Khabib vs Mcgregor. The incident made the fight much bigger, controversy sells for sure.

It's a smart last ditch move to sell the fight in America where everybody is absolutely obsessed with race (there's another video of the interview from a different angle where the dude doing the interview- a black American guy who's normally pretty good but I forget his name- is clearly getting fired up too) and people will eat this up. I saw it on my instagram first and all the comments are brothers and sisters who have never heard of Wilder before but are suddenly behind their new freedom fighter.

Like I said in B&I, I think it's pretty low. Nothing good will come of it.

Losing your cool like that isn't a good look. I've always liked Fury in this fight and this doesn't help to change my mind.

That was gonna sell big anyway but no doubt.. all the pre-fight stuff helped. I believe it did over 2 million buys. Highest UFC buys ever.

Very true. Controversy is important for some of the casual fans. People want to love or hate a fighter. The story makes the fight.
