What did he learn from last night? What should be his next move?

I think he's starting to feel a little embarrassed tbh.

"Glad I don't have a draw on my record"

"I can definitely beat those 2 guys"

"Sweet, now I still got 2 big name opponents to have megafights with"

Among other things.

I assume the draw wasn’t included in the rematch agreement?

If Hearn wants to be slick he nips in now and makes a huge offer to one of them for the Wembley date. AJ should be demanding that after last night, Fvck letting things stew any longer, get it done.

In the past he'd be raging on social media but he's more measured now

well it removes some of the pressure for wlder-aj snce wlders no longer some clear 2.... and now leaves 2 'big ones' for josh that are each a bit less huge then had that guy won . had wlder-fury produced a clear wnner the pressure for a particular wouldve been greater but now its more spread and not as concentrated

draw may have been good for aj tbh. creates a 2nd blocbuster possblty wth a fury fght...whch could be treated as an arguable 1 vs 2 and stll unbeaten vs unbeaten. were fury to have won he may have been bound to a rematch clause wth wlder. maybe the draw does that as well but a win defo would have

If that fight was a draw then presumably Wilder is still the title holder. Joshua should get him over to the UK for a big unification - as great a call for a rematch that there is between those two last night - Joshua still benefits from the enhanced publicity for Wilder - especially for US television audiences. The fight would've already sold out Wembley anyway.

Personally, these stadium heavyweight affairs.... I reckon a fair percentage of them would still go even if it was the only bloody fight of the night. Absolute casuals and forking over top dollar for the "privilege".

I would much prefer Wilder-Fury II. Fury should have a few weeks off and then he can get another few months' of match-fitness back, which he probably still needs.

Which man can improve the most on last night...? Fury for me.

fury should be looking at aj next. aj-furys the bggest fght out there for fury and right now hes hot stuff. the wlder rematch would stll be very risky so may want to go with the bggest money

wlder and fury themselves werent super excted about a rematch tbh from the sound

Yeah it struck me that way as hell. They were real friendly with each other, and talking as if a rematch wasn't all that important to them. At least not in the immediate future. I'd be kinda surprised if they had an immediate rematch to be honest because you're right everything about the vibe they were putting off suggested they'd both prefer to fight somebody else first before each other again.

He’s very quiet, can’t see any mention of the fight on his twitter account and can’t see any interviews. For someone who wants the fight so bad it’s odd he wasn’t at ringside.

Right after the fight I was strictly picking the rematch, cause I was pissed-off with the scores. But now I'm also thinking, that AJ fight is probably better for Fury.

It's better for his bank account for sure

I think either of them could fight Joshua next, knowing that even if they lose the rematch is still there.

He's thinking good I don't have to face either for at least another year.
Look for him to face Whyte then Pulev in 2019

And for his image also. The majority is already thinking, that he's better, than Wilder. The rematch will put off the possibility of proving, that he's better, than Joshua and thus than everybody.

Perhaps when that stage full of heavyweight legends (past and present) all heavily criticised him to the worlds press and his top two rivals calling a coward over a plethora of media platforms. Then there's the fans who can only dream of earning the sort of money he turned down questioning him. Perhaps.

doubt hed be starting to feel embarrased now, the fight if anything takes pressure off him, at least before wilder vs aj was the clear fight that ppl called for, wilder could scream that aj needed to beat him to be the man, but now its blurred and any pressure suddenly becomes much less concentrated to fight a particular guy

plus fury would prob be a bigger fight for him than before and a draw might allow them to avoid any rematch clause compared to if fury got the win

Why would AJ feel embarrassed or anything negative following yesterday's fight? The fight was good for him, got people talking more about the heavyweight mix. Most people realise AJ is the man still, and if they forgot they'll be reminded soon enough. Some of you are funny.

He'll take his time and he and Hearn will say something when they want.
