Were you impressed with Jarrett Hurds stoppage win last night?
Jermell Charlo entered the ring and challenged Hurd. What do you think of that match up?

Last night proved nothing. I do like Hurd though. He seems to prefer to trade when he does not need to.
I wouldn’t mind seeing Hurd go down to Suncorp and give Horn a real barometer on his boxing status. That will not likely happen.
Hurd v Spence would be an automatic classic.

Just a stay busy title defense for him really. Welborn fought gamely, but was outgunned, and it didn't take a whole lot of offense from Hurd to convince him to pack it in. They were just levels apart.
Hurd's fun to watch. I'd like to see him fight Jermell, and I'll definitely be rooting for Hurd when he does. The Charlo's are jackoffs, and act like f*cking thugs every time they talk.

he seemed to be trying something new for him against an opponent he could afford to do that with.
he honestly looked bad for the most part, although he now seems to be capable of really hurting someone with one shot.

Guys, guys, guys...did you not see what Hurd did in this fight? He was criticized for the opponent so he carried this guy and let himself look vulnerable on ropes for a couple rounds to give fans money worth and also give the appearance that he’s beatable now. It was so obvious to me.

Self marketing.
