This Friday on NoxBation the rematch we've all been waiting for, Ramirez already outpointed Hart last year, in all fairness the first fight was a decent scrap and probably the toughest of Ramirez's career but considering Ramirez's opposition since becoming champ has been so bad who da fvck wants to see this again now? The win over Porky Medina before becoming champ is probably Ramirez's best win, he's actually a very good boxer IMO but is regressing with these opponents, the last fight against Angulo was probably his worst showing, he's got all the tools to be a great fighter but is looking more and more bored each passing fight

I thought scorewise he beat Hart comfortably in the end last time and I expect him to do the same again but yawn, Ramirez is a technically great southpaw, good height, range, hits hard, composed, got experience, why is Arum so scared to let him off the leash?

He's actually a southpaw Callum Smith

First fight was a delight. This should be a great watch! Ramirez a great tactical fighter, had Hart down in first fight, but power advantage still goes to Hart, IMHO.

Yeh Hart hurt Ramirez a few times and I do still think this is a decent match up but from Ramirez's point of view, say he loses this then his title reign will have been awful, in saying that I do like Ramirez and he should win this but I cant see him unifying anytime soon

Arum has a great way of pulling wool, Lomachenko and Crawford are my 2 of my favs, both 3 weight champs, one of them undisputed the other just unified but neither have had a BIG fight, the sooner Arum retires the better, any promoter who refuses to allow their guys to fight in the WBSS needs reviewed

Ramirez wins a razor tight MD to retain his title(115-113 x2, 114-114) I agreed with the even card it was a really close fight, good fight as well, I thought Hart was better this time around and done a great job of boxing Ramirez at times, there was plenty of big shots landed from both men and both guys took them well, Ramirez injured his left arm at some point after the midway mark and it clearly hampered him as it its his big shot being a southpaw and all, Hart was able to bully him and if Ramirez didn't have a good beard and a massive set of cojones then you'd have fancied Hart to grind him down, it was a nip/tuck affair though and Ramirez done enough to hang in there

Ramirez had an excellent 12th and battered Hart with his right hand, Hart looked more concerned about showing how tough he was by just taking the shots without much regard for defence, crazy tactics to just give the round away in a close fight like that and it cost him the win on my card

Sterling effort again from Hart but Ramirez is one tough hombre, he deserves big unifications
