Still, Greenberg will have to come in in shape. He’ll win on points but if he cocks around late on he could end up caught.

Julius must have earnt a decent amount of money in his late career, he's been in there with every up and coming prospect out there.

Should be interesting to compare Romans sucsses against Francis compared to Harrison and Skeltons. Will he get fustrated or run out of ideas if Julius is still there after 6/7 rounds?

Looks a big weekend for the Heavyweights.

I remember thinking Julius would retire after his one-sided fight with Samil Sam. He would suffer another 8 losses after that

Nonetheless interesting to see what Greenberg does against him, especially because Greenberg never went more than 6 rounds before

I am still not 100% convinced by Greenberg so this will go someway to seeing what he has to offer....i am not sure where is level will be yet.

Yeah and he has taken some last minute jobs and paydays in Europe. I think he's done well for himself - certainly he should have some money if he's saved a little

Julius should retire, I don't want to sound disrespectful to a British champion and honest pro like Francis. However, the shape he was in for his last fight was nothing short of disgraceful really - he never had the most athletic physique but his gut was huge last time. It was one of the first things Steve Holdsworth said.

Is he Ian Napa's role model (or should that be roll model).

He's not really getting hurt in there though, and he's a decent test of a fighter's punchpower and offensive capabilities, though with his survival skills can make them look bad.

If he's coming in in really bad shape, then it might become a worry, as he could start getting clobbered around.

I think he will probably jack it in if he starts getting his ass whupped in there, provided he has some money put by.

I'd like to see Francis turn up in better shape too, but as JamesMcDonnell said , he's not really getting hurt. Julius knows how to take care of himself up to world class level, then he usually has to bail out, which is fair enough.

If Greenberg can sustain pressure a stoppage is a possibility, but him and Jim Evans may want the 10 rounds (and to be honest it would be useful to him for the future).

Although Roman is very nippy, his holds his chin way up when letting the shots go and Julius may expose some of his defensive flaws (but not enough to actually beat him).

Roman wants to stop Francis

So have quite a few others but when they're less than world class, Francis usually ducks and dives his way through to the finishing line.

From the bouts I've seen of Roman (I watched him live at his last fight) he attacks in spurts and Francis can normally survive these sort of attacks.

As I indicated before if Greenberg puts his foot on the gas and keeps it there he could make Francis quit, but of course, Greenberg will run the risk of punching himself out and this is a ten rounder I hear.

Roman told me he intends to go one better than Harrison and Skelton and stop Francis.

Roman has a very hard and slashing Jab and is much faster than anyone Francis has faced of late.

I wouldnt be surprised to see Francis pulled out with a busted up face after about 7 rounds.
