Interesting to see Tasif fighting in Nigeria on Saturday. Is there any reason why he has gone over there to fight? Also on the card Mark De Mori.

He doesnt seem to have a BBBoC licence according to their web page.
I wonder if Herbie Hide is on the bill too??

Yeah I wonder if he’s ever applied for a board licence or has he always been with BIBA

Ive had a look on his twitter page and there is no reference to being a current BIBA boxer.
I'm more interested in these 2 legend boxers on the bill however, Bash Ali and Herbie Hide, and the title of WBU title fight. Not sure if that involves those 2 though.

If you look at his record he was BBBOC from 2005-2012

No result up yet on Boxrec but it seems Tasif won by KO in round 2 for the WBU belt.

It may be a professional licensing thing, If he is licensed through BIBA he may be refused a license from the BBB of C. I'm not sure how they stand on former or current BIBA licensed boxers.
He has been competing for them (BIBA) but honestly I don't think he'll be making a return to the regular (BBB of C approved) domestic scene anytime soon.

The fight is no longer listed on BoxRec, presumably he is still boxing on an unrecognised license.
