Beats all of them except Ahumada, and that goes either way.

Fair enough, but my other question was would Chris Finnegan, Mike Quarry and Pierre Fourie beat Rondon from the post-Bob Foster fight?

Sadly outside of the Bob Foster bout, Rondon's other fights did not exist in youtube or other websites. Only images of Rondon pre fights and fights with Jimmy Dupree, Gomeo Brennan, Doyle Baird, John Conteh and heavyweight bout with Ron Lyle just to name some that mostly exist in images website.

How can anyone offer an opinion if he hasn't seen Rondon fight except for his brutal loss to Foster. Can you really gauge Rondon off that brief footage?

Neither of us never have a footage of Rondon's other fights outside the Bob Foster fight and it is lost in time. It's very difficult to find unless Rondon's family member or his seconds and their family member may have a film of Rondon's other fights. If you want to find how good Rondon was before the Foster fight, then google down the Vicente Rondon vs Jimmy Dupree for the vacant WBA Light Heavyweight Title summary from saddo boxing website. You could google and find other summary fights like his heavyweight bout with Earnie Shavers.
