Kash Ali taking on the always dangerous Kamil Sokolowski in a rematch of their 5/15/2015 very close 4 round decision win for Kash.
Soko is always a threat, as he proved in his last outing by dispatching former prospect Nick Webb in 3. Soko only had 4 fights under his belt the last time these two clashed and has shown a propensity for exposing or giving a hard time to young and up and comers. Who knows how good Soko could have been had he been handled better, but Ali is hoping to make a statement against the tough Pole. Or will Ali be exposed?

Ali should win again. Soko will be going into it with a lot of momentum.
I doubt this will be a 4-rounder again.

It's a good fight and a perfect illustration of how it doesn't need elite talent to excite a boxing fan's interest.
I really like Sokolowskiy. He's a Polish (nearly put British he's amost a "Janner" - native of Devon - now) answer to Avery Gibson and Rodney Hernandez, together my three favourite trial-horses

Yup. This is great matchmaking.

Ali is completely garbage. Sokolowski will probably KO him.

Sokolowski is pretty average
Ali will plod to a dull points win
he needs to step up a bit now. a 14-0 record mostly 4 rounders spread over such a long time is getting a bit tiresome now
credit Sokolowski for taking last min fights ...but this isn't that exciting a matchup

Soko is pretty average, but he's a guy with a pulse who's put up some tough fights. Ali will have a struggle a bit, IMHO. Not a fan of Kash.

Me too. I'm becoming a sort of fan of Sokol. At least a strong appreciation for him.

Kash Ali vs David Howe. Ali doesn't look to be much in way of raw talent, or decent skills.

I hope that ''The Falcon'' will rematch Price and will knock him out, it was a close fight the first time, but Price was obviously scared and rather used his superior reach, i had it 58-56 Price, a draw would be ok too.

I'd like to see Soko fight after a proper training camp.

Of course he's pretty average he's a trial horse FFS what do you expect, a world class trial horse? He's lost way more than he's won but the point is he takes on opponents who are expecting/expected to beat him and sometimes they don't. Those that do get a good test and know they've been in a fight.
Fighters like Kamil get my respect every bit as much as guys who have all the skills.

Interesting I ran a BoxRec 'What-if" on this fight and Soko is the favorite over Ali, 84-16. While I haven't read how these scenarios are calculated, I am rooting for Soko to win, as I've discovered a fondness for this tough SOB.
