Kabayel Decent fringe contender already. I don't see him progressing much higher.
Kuzmin Starting to make his move. Should make top 10 maybe higher.
Gorman Decent all-rounder may be hampered by his velociraptor arms (73" reach)
Yoka Not entirely convinced by Yoka but he isn't short of talent.
Teslenko I think it's about time he started to impose himelf on the buzzing Canadian scene.
Wallin Decent Euro level boxer. Lacks power.
Ugonoh Still a prospect? He has ability but his gastank seems a bit suspect.
Franklin Good boxer but doesn't have the style to turn being short to his advantage.
Zhang At his age he should be considering retirement rather than contention.
Miljas Already made his mark on that exciting Canadian hwt scene. Should go far.
MIlas His wins over Kingpin and Piano-shifter show he's already making good progress.
Ajagba It's absudly premature to make extravagant claims but I really like the cut of his jib.
Dubois His very young and shouldn't be rushed but he looks very promising.
Rivas We will soon have a better idea after the Jennings fight. Good amateur background.
Bryan Making great progress up the rankings without fighting anyone. Will get found out.
Spong Should decide if he wants to be a boxer and if so then take some real fights ffs.

he got hurt by tom little and really laboured to a decision over sean turned (who nathan gorman destroyed quickly)

hes big and strong but kinda of slow and a bit open, and pushy with his shots

I would've had Dychko on my list, but his lack of activity leads me to believe he's having management/promotional issues. Yoka's suspension and subsequent inactivity puts him off my list as well.

That said:
Short-term (2019/early 2020): Hrgovic; Joyce; Miljas; Gorman; Teslenko
Long-term (2+ years): Ajagba; Dubois; Jalolov; Rony Hines (very long term); ???

Short-Term:
Michael Hunter (Included him since he has fewer fights/shorter career than Rivas, etc)
Filip Hrgovic
Joe Joyce (Needs to pick up the pace at age 33)
Ivan Dychko (Needs to stay busier)
Oscar Rivas (Protected too long. Jennings is his last shot)

Long-Term:
Efe Ajagba (Obviously on the cautious road of development but shows great promise)
Tony Yoka (Suspension has slowed his activity and progress)
Frank Sanchez Faure (Impressive Cuban amateur career)
Daniel Dubois
Petar Milas (Stopped Kevin Johnson, who went distance with Hrgovic & Dubois)

Yeah, it is Rivas' last shot. I know he had eye issues, but he seems to have been either mismanaged or over-protected, or maybe a little of both.
