Tevin Farmer to Headline St. Patrick's Day Card

No announcement of his opponent, but talk is it'll be light hitting Jono Carroll. Farmer has yet to 'up' the opposition. I was kind of disappointed in hearing this announcement. Thoughts?

With talk of a title unification down the road vs Davis/Mares winner, this kind of matchup still leaves Farmer ill-prepared for such a step up in competition.
