At what weight? Seems Rios is a bit big for Soto, no? EDIT: Looked it up. catch weight 145 1/2 LBS.

This should be undercard fight and not main event

Decent matchmaking. I don't mind it. I think Rios can probably take Soto.

Agreed. Although, Soto is always dangerous.

Gilg, I attended awesome Humberto Soto fights at the Orleans ballroom (Las Vegas) in 2002-2004. He was a crowd pleaser.

Yeah I remember being aware of him before he ever got any notoriety. I remember him beating some guy that he was facing for the 4th time, and whenever he got the mild upset over Rocky Juarez years later I wasn't too surprised. I knew he was a good fighter.

He's more skilled than Rios, but I don't know if he's got the strength to hold off Rios.

It's fine for a main event in Tijuana. It's not like it's ppv. If you live in the States two canelo fights on dazn pays for more than a year of the subscription.
