Undefeated Middleweight talent Jason Quigley has been added to the undercard of Charlie Edward’s maiden WBC Flyweight World title defence against Angel Moreno at London’s Copper Box Arena on March 23, screened live on Sky Sports in the UK and DAZN in the US.

The Dominic Ingle-trained fighter, based in Sheffield, makes his first appearance in the UK as a professional on a stacked card that features former Olympians Joshua Buatsi and Lawrence Okolie in title action, as well as the return of Newcastle powerhouse Lewis Ritson.

A highly-touted former Irish amateur star, Quigley holds a perfect record of 15 wins from 15 fights, with 11 of those wins coming by knockout, since turning over in 2014 and is expected to do big things in the pro game.

Oh ryt.. he fought twice in 2017 and once in 2018 and that was on SC4 or whatever it’s called.. it’s not on his BoxRec page yet.

theres just something so punchable about edwards face

i dont even know what hes like at all, could be a stand up guy and boxed well last fight

I've met him and his brother, seem nice.

Edwards really starting to grow on me, even before the Rosales fight my opinion on him had changed to when he first turned over when I wasn't quite sure on him but after getting ripped apart from Casimero he pulled off some great performances against Butcher and Nelson, the Rosales fight was career best obviously and shows he can be in some big fights, he's a tidy mover and picks some nice combinations, his jab was excellent against Rosales as well

Had a look through Moreno's CV there, no notable wins but lost a European title fight to Thomas Masson who's been scheduled to fight a couple of our lads in European title fights, Satchell was one of them I'm sure, Moreno also got a points loss to Artem Dalakian whos from the Lomachenko camp alongside, Loma, Usyk and Gvozdyk

Should be a straightforward win for Edwards you'd have thought

Can't see anything other than an Edwards win

My excitement for this thoroughly competitive bout is unreal

This card really sucks! Edwards ain't enjoyable to watch and i'll be sticking the tv on mute bcos of all the screaming he does when punching, my mrs will think i'm watching something else. Buatsi Conroy should be good to watch as i'm a big fan of Buatsi but that's it
