Cheeseman looked pretty poor. Just kept plodding forward eating dozens of punches. Garcia didn't look that great, a lot of his punches are very wide and he lacks power, but he's defensively sound and throws a very high volume.

I wouldn't mind seeing Garcia come over stateside and fight someone like Julian Williams.

Sucks to be someone like Cheeseman or magdaleno. The realization that your life’s work and career is basically pointless and you will probably get hurt if you fight someone anywhere near contender status. The realization that you don’t have the talent to do this and live with dignity. You could see it on Cheesemans face. That 114-113 card was an absolute disgrace to the sport

That's a little over the top. Even if he will never be a world-class fighter, Cheeseman is still one of the top 50 fighters in the sport in his weight class, out of at least 1,000. That's an accomplishment.

I don’t know. A slow plodding fighter with little power who has no secondary plan and walks in with his hands down begging to get punched in the face. Luckily for him, Garcia is slick fighter who couldn’t punch himself out of a paper bag and could probably hit a stationary target about 25% of the time
