Looks like the end of the road for Denton Vassell, stopped in 2 rounds by Tim Tszyu over in Australia, Vassell floored by a big right hand in 2nd round, then stopped by the follow up, he was gone as well so no home town stoppage

I quite like the look of Tszyu, the commentators are obsessed with comparing him to his dad but he needs to be his own fighter, that said he does carry power and some stylistic similarities. If he had a rat tail he would look almost identical too. Denton was brought in to lose and i felt his punch resistance was away before this bout. I bet big on Tszyu 1-4 & a with a big chunk on round 1... nearly.

I saw Vassell against Kerman Lejarra a few years back, at the time he didn't look to interested and looked to me like he went down easier. Maybe considering what the Spaniard has done since I was too harsh

Really nice lad Denton, my brother trained alongside him in Manchester for a year or so and we noticed a decline in him during that time. I would really like to see him give it up now tbh, he is not the fighter he once was.

What was he doing in Australia? - does he live out there now?

Seems a long way to go as I can't imagine he was getting mega bucks?

I remember a few years ago I was in a carvery and he was there with this proper fit bird !
