David Price v Kash Ali

David Price and Kash Ali will meet at the Liverpool Echo Arena on March 30th.

Who do you think will win?

And is this a step up or step down from Tom Little in Price's last fight?

Price would have knocked Ali out within 3 rounds five years ago so anything less will show he has declined. Little is better than Ali so its a step down.

Having recently had some info regarding Price in sparring Im going to say Price will stop Ali inside 5 rounds.

Ali is nothing more than area level, he hasnt fought above that level and I think Price even though his chin is made of fairy soap bubbles should be too experienced for him. I dont think Price has gone that bad not to be able to beat an area level boxer.

Kash may look like Erkhan Teper but I doubt he’ll be able to emulate the result against Price.

But I guess you never know with old Pricey.

Ali is perfect for Price. Early mid round KO for Pricey! I just hope Price stays at Euro level, as he's a knockout waiting to happen at world.

Stays at Euro level? Price has never beaten anyone close to Euro level in his career!

He can compete with the Kabayels; Schwarz; etc of the region. He'd just have to stay away from Euro level guys who are world.

I think he still has a punchers chance beyond UK level, but not world.

I just don’t see it. To me he’s a constant accident waiting to happen now. Kabayel would knock him out and he’s never beaten anyone better than Sexton - who is barely British level, in face he’s probably no where close.

Agree that’s Price is a huge puncher so he’s always got that but he’s static, slow and has no punch resistance. I don’t think he’d win the British again now

Every time Price has gone last domestic level he has been splattered or quit against Kuzmin who I don't think was that good anyway.

Looking at Ali's record nothing to suggest he beats Price, it's really poor. That said if he can get past round 4 you have to give him a chance.

After speaking to Mark Bennett whos been sparring Price, and Bennett saying that Price was a hard hitter. I have to go with a Price win. Ali is nothing more than an area level boxer and you have to say Price is higher up the ladder than that. I'm having a tenner on Price in the first 3 to stop him.

Seems like the perfect opponent for Price if he wants to have another run at the British and European belts before he calls it time on a good career.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Price end it early based on who Kash Ali has fought before. David Howe was the biggest challenge he's fought so far for the central area title, before that his most experienced opponents so far have had records of 16-23-1 (Paul Butlin) and 20-49-3 (Remigijus Ziausys).

Price may not have the punch resistance but in terms of ability and level he's fought at, can't see this ending in any other way then in Price's favour

So 11 of Ali's fight have been scheduled for 4 rounds.

One 10 rounder and 3 six rounders. Only 15 fights in 7 years.

If Price can't handle a near pro novice, his license should be yanked.

Price has certainly done absolutely nothing to suggest otherwise
