ACL meaning Anterior cruciate ligament which is located towards the front of the knee which is a major ligament for stability in the knee.
Well I'm having one in January from a footty injury and I wondered if anyone has had one or knows anyone who's had one?
Looked at the Op on the internet and it looks bloody nasty. They actually graft part of a ligament from your hamstring and then attatch it to your knee...
:x
I also have to have a meniscus cartulage repair at the same time...2 hours in theater man....not looking forward to this one.
Can't beleive I have been playing competitve football with both these injuries (only knew about one of them)
