GGG has beaten 3 Brits in World title fights....Macklin, Murray and Brook.....but I cannot think of anyone else whose beaten 4 Brits.

Sorry I meant not from or primarily based in the UK. There'd be loads of British based fighters whose done that....Steve Robinson beat 5. Calzaghe surely more.

Fair call, forgot how many if his fights were in Ireland....but you know what I mean though....they weren't hard fights to make....they were classed domestic world title fights.
My calculation is 5 different opponents for Collins.....Benn, Eubank, Brown, Carr, Pyatt. So tying with Alvarez.

Winky Wright famously outclassed 3 Brits on the bounce, but don't think he added to it.

Vitali did 3. Chisoa, Williams, and Hide
Arthur Abraham did 3. Murray, Smith x2 (ridiculous that he got 2 shots), and Wayne Elcock
I've got no more, pre 90s will require more of a historian

You mean Sergio Martinez... someone's excited for the masters i reckon
Actually wasn't the fella that just beat Cheezman called Sergio Garcia? Below par performance that was putt in from the cheese, he'll need to improve or the game's a bogey as far as his world title hopes are concerned.

Barrera has 3 (although Naz technically wasn't for a big four belt). GGG has 3 and a British based Pole and Linares has 3 and that could rise still.
I cannot think of anyone who beats Canelo / Collins for 5..... I know we can question Fielding's championship status, but for me he at least won that fight in the ring and certainly it is very odd that on every occasion the Brit has travelled abroad to fight Canelo.

To add a few to the above...
5:
Baby Jake Matlala - McAuley, Clinton, Cantwell, Weir, Ampofo (just clarifying re post above as Culshaw was not for any of the main 4 titles)
4:
Sugar Boy Malinga - Benn, Woodhall, Reid, Eubank
3:
Felix Sturm - Murray, Macklin, Barker
Daniel Jiminez - McKenzie, Docherty, Regan
2 (probably loads more):
Sven Ottke - Reid and Starie
Jeff Lacy - Calzaghe and Reid
Markus Beyer - Catley and Woodhall
Keith Holmes - Woodhall and McCracken
Mike McCallum - Watson and Graham
Jeff Harding - Andries and Collins
Maurizio Stecca - McMillan and Driscoll
Cesar Soto - Hamed and McKenzie
Carlos De Leon - Reeson and Nelson
Harry Simon - Lueshing and Alexander
Jose Napoles - Stracey and Charles
Chong Pal Park - Sutherland and Gumbs

Malinga doesn't have a win over Woodhall or Eubank? Could argue the Eubank fight was close, as was the first Benn fight (and the second, had the scoring been slightly different).
Assuming the thread is world title wins, which I think it is.
