Interesting hypothetical. I like Big George to win a close decision in it. I figure James would take some rounds in there as George would take some breather rounds, but his size and strength would allow him to bully James around in the rounds when he was able to make a stand, and I don't think James' skill would be enough to overcome all the hell George would give him. I think James stays upright though I could see him getting buzzed a few times, but I also think he gets hurt bad enough by George that he keeps his hands to himself a lot of the night, and George takes the UD, something like 115-113 or 116-112 across the board.
