Any idea who has picked this up in the UK - I remember the Taylor bout being on Youtube? Guessing this will also be on YT

There's been no word from the WBSS, this close to the fight I'd presume it will be YouTube like the 1/4 finals.

I think it's still youtube..

I think they could really use Youtube to their benefit and even if they charged say £6 a pop... Make some money..

I'd love to have a long lunch with Hearn and the Sauerlands !
You're only allowed to talk about boxing, drink 4 figure reds and eat Michelen stars. I bet they finished off with some fancy lah-di's from the humidor or some vintage champagne.
All with a view too.

Just seen Tete has pulled out of his SF with Donaire with a shoulder injury, gutting was looking forward to that as well, unification fight to boot, no word yet as to whether Tete will be replaced or they'll reschedule, I hope they don't give Donaire a by into the final, he already got fortunate in the QF against Burnett

Hopefully they can reschedule, nothing worse than a replacement winning the thing

I thought Relikh dominated Troyanovsky in the QF despite the close cards, walked him down for long spells and landed the fsr better punches, Prograis even more dominant in his QF with Flanagan, showed some ring IQ over 12 which he hadn't demonstrated before and scored a lovely KD against a negative opponent

Big things expected from Prograis, a lot of people expecting him to win the thing, this should be his toughest test against a durable strong opponent who'll try harder than Flanagan ever did, I'm expecting him to outpoint Relikh, he's got the southpaw skills, is quicker and fighting at home he'll be looking to put on a show and pick up his first world title, i'd be surprised if he can KO Relikh but the scores should be wide

In ideal world I’d go for lunch from 12-5:15pm with Kalle Sauerland in a poncy Mayfair eaterie, before switching gears for a night on the tiles with
Stuarty!!
Sure Kalle would be yo for it too, wink-wink...

Gutted that Tete's pulled out, nothing on Young's record to suggest he'll give Donaire much to think about, even at this stage of his career, Donaire was looking good in the short time the Burnett fight lasted, I wouldn't say he was winning but he nailed Burnett in the corner with some big shots

Agreed but I'd be disappointed if Prograis didn't stop Relikh at this point. Relikh was hurt pretty badly by Barthelemy who I don't really rate that highly. It just shows he can be hurt and if Prograis doesn't stop a guy who is going to be mixing it up with him for the night, I'd have to reevaluate his power. I'm expecting a blowout to be honest. Relikh is too basic

Stunning KO from Donaire he might not be the fighter he once was but he still has that 1 punch KO power, came out of nowhere, you've got to feel for Young I thought he boxed well, never stopped moving and he was able to hit Donaire fairly easy, tagged him constantly with left hands and right hooks before moving out of danger, Donaire was constantly walking forward putting Young under constant pressure with his feet but he kept getting clipped

You did sense that in around the 4th/5th Donaire was starting to get to Young and was getting through with his own shots which looked more effective but I thought Young was having a good 6th round then BANG left hook right at the end of the round laid Young out cold, brutal finish

Quality from Prograis stops Relikh in the 6th after the corner throw the towel in, he put a slow sustained beating on him , had him down right at the end of the 6th from a wicked left to the body, just as well for Relikh it was the end of the round as he might not have made it to the 2nd, things didn't get much better for him looked like Relikh got nose broke in round 2 and it streamed blood from there on in, Relikh wobbled Prograis after the bell in the 2nd, not a point scoring shot obviously but interesting to see Progrias visibly shook

After that it was just a case of Prograis just picking Relikh apart, Relikh never stopped trying but he was on a hiding to nothing as Prograis chipped away, Relikh's corner warned him before the start of the 6th to show them something an when Prograis nailed him with a big left the ref stepped in

Highlight reel left hook from Donaire, was a cracker to roll back the years. Another quality performance from Prograis too, really hope him and Taylor face off the final.

It was interesting to see prograis hurt like that. He was shaken to his boots there. He came out in the third with a high held guard and not much activity until the midway point of the round where he seemed to have cleared his head completely. It was his usual flawless performance aside from showing that chink in the armour. His chin isn't as solid as I thought
