Very good match, no doubt. Folley should win by decision but Ellis could catch him with that quick right hand and ko Zora. I don't see much chance of Ellis winning by decision .

This fight could go either way. I certainly could see Ellis winning by decision. He had very good boxing skills.

I have a bias because Jimmy Ellis is one of my favorites from the past, but I would have him just below Patterson on an all time list. I think that he was below Ali, Frazier, and Liston of 60's heavyweights, but was as good as anyone else during that decade.
Having said that, I think that he takes Folley, although Folley was pretty good.
