That's right. He fights stiffs and doesn't progress. He can only hit. Kovalev, Gvodzyk and Bivol would all outbox Beter.

Probably. Beter looks stiff. Maybe he feels he can't beat those guys, so he's happy to get paid by fighting stiffs. Ironically the other LHW champions are not so willing to unify too.

It has to be more than a 'call out'. It's more of a non-action in the comfort zone. Kova should demand his promoter to make some offers and start the negotiations.

It was mentioned in the pre-fight video that Beter was the reason Kova turns pro. While on the otherhand, Kova mentioned that he's throwing everything except the kitchen sink to Beter only to lose by decision.
