Just a random thought but we saw what looking good against G did for Gabe. Lets say it was him instead of Canelo. Same outcome (close fights that could have gone either way) but both GGG and Jacobs got the W. Would people claim Rosado was robbed?

gabe did not look good against g (if you mean golovkin), he got his face torn off
ppl would still claim robbery , at least for ggg. he has enough haters that they would be calling it saying gabe won, just like loads initially saying danny beat ggg. but still ggg has enough huggers like boxing rocks that would go hard defending him
jacobs vs rosado probably ppl dont give a sh!t about that

I guess courageous would be a better word to describe how Rosado looked against Golovkin. Thing is he got a lot of credit for it.
Makes me think what would happen to any other fighter without Canelo's history of controversial score cards if he had the exact same showings against GGG and Jacobs but came up as the loser in the score cards. I might be just rambling at this point but would there be as many people claiming he got robbed instead of these talks of Canelo getting a gift?

Rosado is a game fighter - have a profound respect for him for facing G when he was running through MWs in his peak!

Yes, remember how long it took to make Canelo v GGG. Unfortunately for Gabe, he was never the A side.
The Rosado fight was a gladiatorial war in a way that none of the GGG/Jacobs/Canelo matchups were.
With a decisive finish to boot.

Sure did. Golovkin walked into the ring with white trunks and left with red trunks.

Those are the types that 3G loves; the dudes that will just stand and trade. Boxing is not the opening scene in a remote bar of an Indiana Jones movie.
Boxing at a very high level is what we saw Saturday night. It is what we saw in 3G v Jacobs and Alvarez v 3G I&II.
That is not to take anything away from Rosado.
However, history is littered with game fighting dogs.

I don't remember seeing anyone claim that Rosado was robbed against Golovkin or Jacobs.
