Calzaghe to stay with Warren

According to the BBC Joe Calzaghe has extended his promotional and managers contract with allegedly.
No great shock there.

Well doesnt that show real ambition, given Warrens prederiliction of steering his fighters to top notch, prestegious, well respected titles that never fail to capture the publics imagination.
Seems Calzaghe must have come to terms with the fact he's never going to get a massive fight and is taking the easy route for easy money. Nothing wrong with that per se but you have to question his professional ambition.
Maybe his impending divorce and the possible big settlement involved in that played a part.

well in the comfort zone.
with his much publicised marriage breakup i guess he could have based himself in the states i suppose he has kids though. who else is there over here for him?? they're all shit in my opinion.

Probably no one now but Glencoffe Johnson, Roy Jones and Antonio Tarver would have made a nice threesome - If he had stepped up to the plate at the appropriate time - instead we got Salam.

No surprises at all, he's only too happy to maintain the status-quo and pick up those fat pay cheques... but he's slipped up on a few occasions recently and the bubble might be bursting soon. (trying to find an interesting reason to watch his future fights
)

Even Eastman, Woods or a Reid rematch are far more interesting than the Salams of this world, and that's not even looking outside Britain for opponents.
