there was a pbc thing where wilder and some other pbc fighters sat down for a 'conversation' , and deontay went on about how he just wants to fight the best and how his career has been all about taking little risk for big reward. he obviously meant something else

The more he speaks, the less I respect him. He's getting tiresome.

Wilder: "Breazeale relit my interest in boxing."
Google Translation: "I have another excuse for the draw with Fury. I just wasn't that into it."

It's maddening, isn't it? I like AJ more and more these days. Handles himself proper.

Other than wanting to fight the best, for a couple years, that's outlandish.

ya i mean his recent opposition has been some of the best out there, but poor guy kept repeating that he was all about low risk when he obviously meant the opposite

I was thinking about quotes from other fighters. The only guy I enjoy is Dillian Whyte. I get a kick out of his raw truths.

Well, if he had ever watched Ben & Holly's Little Kingdom, he'd find that the aliens that appeared in that we very tiny, along with their spaceship, so that explains Wilder's musings!

I like all 3.
Wilder's charming and imaginative, Whyte is confrontationally direct, and Joshua's realistic to a fault.
Dave Allen on the other hand can be breathtakingly honest whilst Tyson Fury is deceptively disingenuous, ie struggles with sincerity.

I love Wilder. He's real. Charismatic. An off the wall character.
Seems like a waste of time to analyze what he says and what he means.
I'd rather waste my time deciphering the wisdom of Jermell Charlo.
