How do you guys evaluate Barrios ?

Rated him very highly when he was fighting at 130, where he became IBF mandatory.. however, since moving up to 140 he hasn't fought anyone remotely dangerous. PBC has forced him on us and TV W/O putting him in any TV worthy fights, unsure how good he is.. his body shot last night was brutal tho!
