osaze could hardly land a clean punch on conway and kept getting peppered, i know everyone else seems to think he deserved it but i dont see how he won that fight unless you give way too much credit for simply coming forward and winging shots

Conway landed the better shots, but Osaze had an impressive work rate, which seemed to catch the judges eye.

It was a tough fight to score, but I felt that had it been a full length fight Conway would have went on to win handily.

That's the difficulty with these prizefighter style tournament, it is often not the most skilled boxer that wins. As you only need to impress the judges for three rounds at a time, it leaves the door open for smash and grab style victories like that.

That's what he did. His boxing was crap really. But he seemed to have some mental and physical stength over his opponents and took the momentum to the final.
