Middleweights: Dick Tiger vs John Mugabi

Who would win in their prime match up at middleweight between Nigeria's Dick Tiger and Uganda's John "The Beast" Mugabi? Would Tiger outpunch to tame the Beast with his heavy counters to either stop him in later rounds from 11 to 15 or decision him? I say yes, but what do you guys think?

Mugabi was big puncher but he not Bob Foster.
Tiger by decision.Mugabi would have good moments in early rounds.

I agree that the Beast would have good moments in early rounds trying to land his overhand right, but Tiger would counter him with his power punches to take a 15 round decision or stop him late in the fight.
