close fight. draw or Persoon win to me. Taylor was exhausted in the last round and almost got knocked out. Persoon won her rounds more decisively. She landed harder and cleaner punches. Her technique skills aren't great but Taylor had a terrible defence today, except of her superior footwork. Persoon also had decent stamina, better than KT, she was very active all the time and she was the attacking fighter, she was coming forward all the time.

Peerson did far more damage - that's what the pro games about. I appreciate maybe some of Taylors work could have gone unnoticed due to her speed (Peersons face tells a tale) and it would be acceptable to argue a draw. However a draw and robbery are not mutually exclusive. It's either a draw or a Peerson win in my mind and thus its a robbery given that Taylor was awarded the decision.

if we score a fight as a whole, like it was just long 1 round, i would clearly have it for Persoon. However, in boxing we score round by round so i had it 95-95 or 96-94 Persoon.

Apart from this result, I think it was a good tournament. But Delfine deserved to win this one.
