As being too comically a pudgy guy who should have had no success against Louis as a way of “showing” how Louis wouldn’t hang with heavyweights today.

Yet tonight was Ruiz and Joshua

I’d like to see a detailed Tale of the Tape of both Louis and Ruiz to see who is the all around bigger guy other than weight/fat.

Even a big giant modern heavy with futuristic training and bulging muscles can come a cropper versus a short fat blob with power.

I was thinking this. I think they are the same height with Louis having longer reach. The 60lbs in weight is negotiable around the midriff :TU:
There is detailed tale of the tape I'm sure on this website.

I think Ruiz possess better boxing skills than Galento.

We already know Louis can hurt behemoths because he destroyed several. Not saying they were skilful, but his power was equally devasting against big strong giants.

ridiculous.....tony's knockdown over louis with a left hook that could stop a truck had louis down for a one count.
joe's knocking down galento was the first time tony was the first time he had ever been knocked off his feet (according to historians)

galento actually had joe in a a bit of troubles in the first round when when he came out in the first round round......look at the film.

tony had called louis when they were both in training and insulted him and his wife. His handlers knew he couldn't beat in a in a legit match but figured if he got into a slugfest tony had a chance.

instead joe saidhe didn't want to kayo tony eary but he wanted to made him suffer.
chappie said "do you wan this guy to be the word's champion?" and joe got down the business.

Louis proved he could take a punch in that fight as well as serve one up, but he also showed that his defense was nothing to write home about.
