Light Heavyweights: Dwight Muhammad Qawi vs Mate Parlov

Would a prime light heavyweight version of Dwight Muhammad Qawi batter the southpaw Parlov in 10 rounds at their best at light heavyweight in 15 rounds? Imo yes, but what do you guys think?

Parlov was good skilled southpaw but Qawi in LHW was a beast.
IMO Qawi would stop Parlov in 7 -9 rounds.
