Heavyweights: Tommy Morrison vs Bert Cooper

In their prime at heavyweight in the same era, they never fought one another. However, it would be an exciting slugfest and would the Duke land a big left hook to knock "Smokin" Bert Cooper in about 5 rounds? I say the Duke would and Cooper had a good jab if anyone watch his fights against Henry Tillman and Willie DeWitt for example. What do you guys think?

Tough call.
If Morrison don't landed a big shot early,Cooper would stop him in 8-9 round.

It is a tough call and it would have been an exciting fight had they fought.

I think it ends up being just like the Morrison-Purity fight. Both men were basically the same worth or had similar strengths. Unpopular opinion but I'll say it ends in a draw or a narrow majority decision either way.

Morrison by KO. Cooper was tough, always dangerous, but he had no tools to survive an onslaught provided by such technically advanced and powerful puncher like Morrison.

I’ll go Morrison. But if Cooper lands like he did against Holyfield or Moorer, Morrison doesn’t recover. Almost a toss up. I recently watched a piece of Morrison that suggests he may have had HIV his ENTIRE career! That it was known and hidden. He turned pro in 89 or 90 I believe. By then I would think testing would be mandatory. He bled in many fights. That was disturbing to watch.

The Cooper that fought Holyfield beats any version of Morrison.
