WBC Pearl Title Championship

Just heard of this one. Can anyone help me out or am I being Punked
I read that it's a one-time WBC belt that will be awarded the the winner of the highly anticipated July 12 Khan-Dib fight in Saudi Arabia.
The belt has something to do with commemorating Saudi Arabia, but I dozed off reading about this newly minted coveted strap, so I didn't catch every intriguing detail.
I imagine a hefty sanctioning fee comes with claiming the Pearl Belt. But I'm sure the winner of Khan-man vs that blown up, retired featherweight will proudly show off that trinket like it was handed down from Ray Robinson himself.
