Edwin Rosario vs Hector Camacho

Circa 1982/1983. Could Hector deal with the Edwin Rosario of this time period?
I doubt things would be too much different. Chances are both had already peaked by the time of their excellent, closely fought battle. Rosario's power would always connect and hurt Camacho so he'd always be right in there. I personally couldn't separate them in their fight and perhaps Chapo was the more diminished of the two or at least furthest from his peak in that fight.
I think Rosario had a higher peak and ceiling than Camacho. Everyone talks of Camacho's wasted talent but I find Rosario to be more so. I think the drugs got him earlier. He could hit as hard as anyone in modern memory at 135.
