If Leapai wants to keep fighting young prospects, good on him. He is a tough guy to get some rounds in on. He is well past taking on a top #20 guy on anyone's list.

I feel like Parker is better than Pulev, but can't justify switching them based on this fight.
Parker stays at 9.
Leapai stays unranked.

I agree if he wants to keep fighting let him.
But I'm just pointing out his winning days are Dar behind him. He is now just going to be a paid punching bag. Which is sad to watch.
He's got a good chin and will absorb tons of damage

Parker goes to 8.
Kubrat is 38yo and is fighting once a year and this year's fight was against an absolute tomato can. Kubrat is just not doing enough for me to hold his place in the rankings.

Fair point. I just think Pulev is at an age where it is stay active or get out. If Parker was fighting Pulev, then I cannot imagine Pulev starting favourite. When Parker turns 38, and is only fighting once a year, I will have the same opinion there. No bias cos of nationality.
You only get the chance to re-rank fighters after they fight. Pulev's last significant win was against Chisora by SD. Parker's win against Ruiz Jr is starting to look more important given recent events. I just think everything considered, Parker >> Pulev right now.

you forgot about Pulev's win over Hughie i guess. it was shortly after Parker lost to Whyte and since then most of people decided to rank Pulev above Parker.
Parker had a very close wins over Takam, Ruiz (arguably he lost that) and Hughie. He lost to Joshua and Whyte. At the same time, Pulev had a very decisive wins over Chisora and Hughie and no losses. There is no huge difference in recent resumes.
To me Pulev vs Parker would be 50/50 fight and i think there are quite a lot of people who think the same.

If Dave Allen were to look convincing and blow out Price in a few rounds surely he'd be worth a mention around the periphery of the top 15 (if he isn't there already?)
