IMO Paz would won by close decision.I think that Vinny's style would be a problem for Mosley.

Pazienza was a tough guy, strong in his mind and very determined.
His weaker points would have been some of his boxing skills and going up against Shane Mosley at anywhere near Mosley's peak would have exposed these shortcomings.
Mosley was razor sharp and super quick at times and I think that alone would have been enough to get him by, knowing Pazienza he would certainly give it a go but this would probably be a bridge too far for him.

Mosley would win real easy. Pazienza for all his guts and bravery just wasn't on this skill level.
