Could Antonio Tarver have made a good Heavyweight?

In his era, It was the Klitschko's that were the beltholders. But he could have been a top 10 HW? fought some decent scraps?

He definitely could. The division wasn't too special, Tarver had enough anthropometrics to fight there. Furthermore he handled Rocky Balboa only with a one hand. He wouldn't cause much troubles to Klitschkos though.
