I strongly agree with you even though two iron chinned heavyweights would likely not get knock out whenever they tried, but Chuvalo would use his jab and outwork Tua with heavy punches to take a decision in a 15 round bout.

Chuvalo with the better overall game wins.

Tua gave a close fight to Ike, who was more technically advanced, than Chuvalo. Tua was outboxed by those, who could move, be slick, etc. Chuvalo wasn't that type of a boxer. I'd pick Tua to outfight Chuvalo.
