By the time the great Alexis Arguello jumped up to Jr Welterweight, he was fading. He was 30 years old. I think that Kostya Tyzsu wins this one by late KO. I think that Kostya is a very underrated champion and I believe that he was better than Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini who gave The Explosive Thin Man a lot of problems.
