Holmes wins. Better movement and a faster jab; though not harder than Sonny's it was hard enough. Plus, no way is Larry being psyched or intimidated by Liston. Holmes was a truly tough guy.

Holmes was a better version of Ali, so it would be a nightmarish matchup for Liston.
