Boxing Scene has learned that Groupe Yvon Michel has retained UK counsel on behalf of Oscar Rivas and itself to explore the possibility of a lawsuit against Matchroom Boxing, Dillian Whyte, United Kingdom Anti-Doping (UKAD), and the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBC). Matchroom Boxing is Eddie Hearn's promotional company that promoted Whyte's July 20 fight against Rivas in London.

Well Eddie , has been consistent in saying , the board , Ukad , and his Aunty Mary all gave the OK to fight , therefore it was a confidential thing between them and Whyte , sort of setting up a defence before the storm ... Would'nt be suprised if Rivas gets offered a crack at AJ if AJ wins his title back , . Gonna pay him may has well get something back

WTH does that mean?
That he chose to try and explain why the findings were as they were rather than try and claim they were wrong and get the B sample tested by a third party lab?

How much does it cost for the B sample to be tested?
Rivas should sue the living PEDs out of Whyte, Hearn, and anyone else involved.

Thats crazy ,, He fails test A , but they don't come up with 100% proof he's a cheat , by testing B sample , and in return , he fronts a committe and says , whoops sorry about that fella's but Raffo the ice cream man just told me he uses a banned milk , thats where it come from , don't worry , i've changed ice cream man now .
But i'm sorry i relize i must be punished , how about , giving me a 3 month ban starting last month , cos i'm going to Barbados for a month next week , and after that i'm in training for a big fight 2 months after , Here ya go thanks for that , Eddie's got some ring side tickets for ya , , and me new brother and homee , , you know the one who changed his name , he'll pick you up in te rolls ,
