IMO Seabrooks by KO early.

Best wins Mares at bantams was by decision - Agbeko (2 time),Moreno,Darchinyan.
He never fought a puncher similar on Seabrooks. And he is not Orlando Canizales.
I see he could be outpoint Seabrooks.But IMO Kelvin would knock him out in 1-3 rounds.

Some here seem to really rate Seabrooks, solid fighter but don't see it myself.
