Porter was pushing forward effectively since the start. Spence didn't do almost anything until the 5th, then he won a couple of rounds, but Porter regrouped after that and began outfighting Spence, despite the fact, that Spence was fighting more confidently in the second half of the bout. Yet Spence didn't have a lot of really good moments, except the KD. Porter won, 116-111 on my card.

It was a good fight. And could go either way, and Spence edged out. Thats it.

Kudos to both guys. Hope they get some of that ppv-money.

Not a robbery by any means. I seen good work from both guys, but I feel the KD was the difference maker. First couple rounds were too close to call, Porter came on strong in the 3rd and 4th, then there were a few other close rounds, then I felt Spence did his best work in the second half of the fight, but some of those rounds were super close too. I didn't score the fight live, I'd have to watch it again and score, but I felt Spence did enough to win.

Oh, hell no. He charged like a bull as usual, swung like a madman, but got hit with clear, nasty shots. Also, that KD at 11th did cost him much... close fight, but if you want to see a "robbery", look for Barrios/Akhmedov from the same night

I honestly didnt score it, I was drinking all day. Porter certainly won the mid portion of the fight. The kd looked like a big difference maker. Nothing resembling a 'robbery'.

Yeah it was pretty even I thought until the KD. That round and then the last round clinched it for Spence.

To come up with that score, you had to give Porter what, about 8 or 9 out of the first 10 rounds? I thought it was a close but clear victory for Spence.

My score is nearly identical to Hazzard's one. I scored only the last round other way, for Porter

rematch. december.

Definitely not a robbery ffs

The fight was even going into the championship rounds, but Spence closed it very strong and like a true champ to take a clear win

It was closer than I thought it'd be, but even fighting Porter's fight Spence still obviously won

a robbery would"ve been a UD for Porter in a fight that was superclose & exciting, head2head up until the knockdown & championship rounds.

porter gave spence hell from rd 1 & would deserve a rematch or a shot a pac next. would be a hell of a fight.

Those are so good options, that they won't happen next.

It was a very close fight indeed but Spence edged it. That KD meant a lot .

Every fight is a robbery on this forum when your fighter doesn’t get the nod. A great fight, Porter was tremendous and relentless, but Spence landed more clean shots and won 8-4 or 7-5 in rounds. I had it 116-111 or 115-112, possibly 95-95 after 10.

Spence beat that ass, 8-4. Clear as day, imo.

It could go either way, Porter won 6-7 rounds on my card, Spence won 5-6 + scored the KD.

btw, the compubox stats are joke again, or i should rather say as always.

Yeah.

I was rooting for Porter but thought Spence won it pretty clearly. Not by a wide margin but he landed the clearer and cleaner shots. Porter was certainly pressing the action more than Spence was. But he was extremely wild and most of his shots were either missing or not hitting their mark. The knockdown sealed the deal. The scorecard for Porter seemed a bit silly imo.

It makes me sad that Bud and Sleepy won't be fighting anytime soon.
