"highest available contender"
He was or is ranked 4th with the ibf
Tepora is ranked third and is without a scheduled fight. The statement is still untrue.

I've seen countless interviews with Warrington and his father and they keep saying that Santa Cruz didn't want the fight. I wonder why they never mentioned that they turned the fight down?

Doofus is always trolling Josh.
The Frenchman was the 2nd highest ranked with the ibf when the fight was made.
He had the no4 spit but two of the three spots above him were vacant.
There's nothing wrong with this fight.

Warrington claimed he was heading for Vegas. Instead he's fighting the world's no.118 in his hometown.

For months we'd been told that Josh wants to fight in America but none of the champions want to know.
First his promoter said that he was offered the Santa Cruz fight and now his father confirms that they were offered the Gary Russell fight : (from 2.33)
