Slightly harsh but fairly accurate
Wins over Condes, Juarez, Fukuhara, Taduran and Konkco are pretty legit wins... But a lot of crap on there between good wins

Nielsen was fighting a bunch of Joe Schmoes while sharing a division with Holyfield and Tyson and Lewis and Foreman, etc. Menayothin is fighting the guys that are there for him to fight. (With the one big exception of Niyomtrong; I have no idea why those two haven't fought.)
He could move up and challenge Ken Shiro... That'd be a big move. I'm mostly of the school that fighters don't really owe anybody weight class changes, though.
