John L had a decent career and got a lot out of what he had, but he sure as hell discovered his limitations here.

Good fight while it lasted though Michael couldn't outshine Greg's performance that night.

Michael Dokes had some sick hand speed, almost like he was totally on speed or something

Also Johnny in this fight, you notice he moves his head a lot, but a good showing of moving too much at the wrong times.

ALways wondered about Gardner. Seems like a pretty tough guy and good fighter. Thanks for the footage

Gardner was a relentless, superfit, non-punching exponent who broke the heart of many a domestic opponent when he kept on punching but his lack of power proved an issue when manager Terry Lawless tried to move him up, which is a shame. There is a book on him.

He didn't have slow hands.
