Jimmy Ellis never did fight Greg Page or Coetzee. At least not the Ellis that was WBA Heavyweight Champion. There was another Jimmy Ellis that fought George Foreman. Maybe he fought Page or Coetzee.

Ellis by UD. A developed Page could win this by late stoppage, but he wasn't, so he loses to his dad's friend.
