To be honest, Inoue has no more worthy opponents at 118. He should move up and fight Navarrete. What do you think about ?

nery, estrada, rigondeaux would be great opponents for inoue. navarette is big, he should move up and fight santa cruz.

I don't agree.
It's seems unfair on Loma, Inoue etc. that they get so good we want them to keep moving up for a challenge.

If he stays at 118 or moves up, doesn't matter to me, but Navarette would definitely be the guy to fight at 122.

Nery, Tete and Greer are in 118lbs division. He should face these guys before moving up IMO. Speaking of that, Navarette is the one who should go up in weight if he cannot get a solid fight, he is big.

If nery beats Rodriguez he's next for oubaali. I'm about certain Greer is next but after that if nery wins two that could be a huge one. Nery isn't slick but he hits harder than donaire, especially with the right. That would be top 3 fights to make for me. Obviously Val isn't a fan of bantam.

I don't fully understand what Greer has done to get mentioned alongside the other names in this conversation. He has zero impressive wins and feels like more of a prospect than a contender.

To be honest, I would like to see Inoue vs. Loma (at SFW) by 2022. If this is impossible, then Inoue vs. Stevenson (at FW or SBW).
I know this is not realistic, but.............Who knows ? Three years ago, Canelo vs. Kovalev looked like a fantasy match.

There's a still a lot of talent at super fly that he didn't fight there. Estrada or Wangek or someone like that could come up and meet him at bantam instead of him moving up again.

I mentioned him because people are talking about Inoue's next fight and I'm quite certain that's whom he will face. I don't see anything I've written to indicate I'm saying Greer is elite.

All depends on how fast Naoya can claim up. Going up too 135 ain't unrealistic for him. Needs too build himself up first in a fitting pace before moving up.

At this time Loma would school Naoya.

135? That's bonkers. He's 5'5" and skinny. Lomachenko is one of the smallest 135ers and would dwarf Inoue. Inoue is significantly smaller than Donaire and Donaire didn't do much even at 126 let alone 135.

Let Inoue clean out 118 before making all these ridiculous predictions.

Oubaali should be next.

No need for Inoue to move up and fight bigger people, let him dominate 118 for awhile.
