I enjoyed boxing since I was a little kid (early 1980's), but Vinny Pazienza vs Greg Haugen took it to another level, Their first fight in Providence Rhode Island was like a straight up Rocky 4 war.

My father got me into boxing and it was watching Saad Muhammad V John Conteh that got me hooked.

I would say watching Mark Kaylor was what kept me hooked.

Ali's Charisma was magical!

Ali, rocky Balboa and the 76 Olympic team. By the time I was 8 I was hooked and knew all the big fighters, got the mags, etc.. first favorite was Howard Davis.

Benn v Watson in 89 got me instantly hooked, I gave up Martial Arts and had my first amateur bout a few months later

Ali. Believe it or not, during his banishment. Liked boxing before, but he really made me a huge fan. Big fan of the man.
